Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this new photograph drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
